Help answer this question below.

Is there a level editor available for Morrowind that will let me build my own castles, or even add on games like Tribunal and Bloodmoon?

    yes it's called TES construction set. i had that program for pc before the computer had serious problems and need to format.
    i created an entire Ebonheart Tourist Park (☺lol☻)!
    but the game had bugs too and i created all that but i couldn't visit it with my player!
    I CREATED A MUSEUM TOOO!!!!!

    Um... yeah. It came with the game. It's called the "Elder Scrolls Construction Set". It doesn't really come with documentation, though, so look around on the internet for help with it.
