I can't seem to get my ps3 to work with the hdmi cable is there any settings i need to change?

well mine just picked it up straight away, but if you hold your finger on the power button for a few seconds when you turn it on it should reset the display settings so you can start fresh.

Otherwise id check the cable is working properly.

I am trying to convert my ps3 into HD on my 26" Bush LCD TV. I have connected the HDMI cable to both components, I have attempted to alter the display settings on the ps3 to no avail. Any suggestions folks, would like to get to the bottom of this one.
