According to AutoZone's repair information, it's located on the passenger side of the block, probably on the inside in the valley of the "V". There's a diagram showing it's location: http://www1.autozone.com/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/0b/97/80/0900823d800b9780/repairInfoPages.htm Click on Figure 9, the label that says "Knock Sensor" is located in the A-3 grid section while the sensor itself is located in the B-5 grid area.
