How do I move my toolbar from the top of my monitor back to the bottom? I have tried dragging it down and everything else I know.

    I assume you're probably using XP. Chances are the tool bar is locked. Right click on a bare area of the tool bar and look at the list presented. You'll see a check mark next to "lock the task bar". Left click on that selection and the check mark will come off. You can then move the task bar by left clicking and holding down the left mouse button on a bare spot and moving the bar to the desired side of your screen. When you're done, right click a blank spot again, select lock so that check mark shows again and you're done.

    Even thought this question is answered I would still like to put my 2 cents in. If you're using XP just right click on the toolbar, the click "lock the taskbar" this will uncheck the option. You should be able to move it freely.
