  • I think a tsunami. They're hard to get away from, just like earthquakes.
  • Tornadoes, mostly because it's a twisting vortex of wind that rips things out of the ground.... plus, while tornadoes and earthquakes have the capacity to be much more deadly, they commonly are more "tame".
  • Hurricanes and tornadoes. I lived most of my life in California and I am accustomed to earthquakes. I am not fond of hurricanes and tornadoes.
  • all i have to be afraid of is tornados. and i am. that's the natural disaster that we get where i'm from. i'll probably never experience a hurricane/mudslide/tsunami/etc where i am.
  • Hurricanes and tornadoes.
  • Disease, whether by cancer, ALS, chronic wasting, bad circulation, or any other form that progresses slowly and painfully, producing months or years of suffering and debilitating rot. A heart attack - great stuff, gets it over with in a hurry. Hurricane/tornado/earthquake - no problem, squash me and get on with it. It's the prolonged suffering of disease that's the problem, not the big noisy windy things or the ground shaking a bit. I would much rather have a building collapse on top of me than learn that I was about to wither away in a hospital bed until the respirator was removed by court order of my siblings because they were tired of paying the hospital and caregiver fees.
  • Human Mob mentality.
