Help answer this question below.

I used to use use ecstasy quite a bit but have been clean for about a year and a half. today i have been having a terrible pain in my spinal cord. but just the lower portion. what could this be if even related to the drug?

This is, probably, not drug related. The time off is too long. Consult a doctor. Perhaps it's just back pain caused by strain, stress, etc.
