People who smoke incessantly and have no respect for where they are. To clarify: I believe there are some places you should just EXPECT people to be smoking (bars for example) - and these don't bother me. What I am talking about is when people just walk into your home with a lit cigarette and then act offended if you politely ask them to put it out. Also, people who smoke with their kids locked up in a car or in the room with them.
