  • Traffic laws vary by state. I've never heard of any lesser offense than just driving on suspended/revoked (same thing basically). The only argument you usually have for a offense like that is that the state didn't give you proper notice. Like, the notification of suspension came in the mail after the offense.
  • In many states, driving without a license or driving on a suspended or revoked license is a criminal offense - technically not a moving violation, but much worse than a moving violation. Driving on a revoked license typically isn't the type of thing that you can "reduce" to a lesser charge.
