I would visit you gyn. You may have some type of infection that is causing the odor. Sometimes woman also forget to take out their last tampon of a cycle and that can cause odor.
-
See a gyn, mine said not to douche because the body has a natural way of cleaning itself, and he also said not to wear tight underware
-
Try this. Get plain yogurt. Dip a tampon in it & put it in overnight. It will restore the healthy bacteria that the douche destroyed (and ironically either caused or made the odor worse.

I remember reading that your shower gel may be the culprit in this problem... as sometimes the ingredients can irritate your sensitive bits! Buying and washing down there with a PH neutral shower gel should get rid of the problem

Your search is finally over! what you need to do is buy an anti-bacterial soap (dial, lever, irish spring) use a wash cloth and rub the soap on the cloth and wash the vagania area. Make sure to wash the area at least twice while in the shower, and be sure to rinse it. inside and out.

ive heard peroxide works for bacterial vaginosis
