Help answer this question below.

I have a 1996 explorer.My trouble is when I let my foot off the gas peddle my fornt end feels like I'm going over rialroad tracks. no vibration in brake peddle but vibration in steering wheel. Also its a limited with 4x2. anyone have any clues?
