Help answer this question below.

I was 20 in '99. I was told signing a paper would keep shoplifting off record provided i never returned. I have done nothing since. I just applyied for a job at a co. that I worked for 6 yrs ago. Then nothing showed up on my record. now it does. why?help?

    I have things on my record that I was charged with but ultimately got dropped. thats just the way they do it. U can always pay to get it expunged off your record.No employer would see it again. Only another court could see it was expunged.
