Milk is more of a treat for a cat than a necessary food. In fact, cats are lactose intolerant! A little milk in a saucer on occasion is fine, but don't feed it to them all the time, or you'll have a cat with gas and other messy trouble.

no no no no no no no kittens might like some pet milk but once theyre over it don't give it to them anain

Milk won't kill them, but they don't need it to survive. I avoid giving dairy products to my cats because it gives some of them diarrhea, and you can't give it to 3 of them and not the rest.

p.s cats are lactose intolerant

No. And if you are going to give your cat cow's milk, keep it minimal (as a treat only) or your nose will regret it!

Cats only need water, and lots of it. Milk, unless you milk a cat, is actually bad for them. If cat refuses water, then you may get away with adding a tiny amount to water to colour it.

Would an adult cat find milk in the wild??

no it doesn't need milk to be healthy. just give it to them as a treat every once in awhile will not hurt them.
