If you follow this link, you will find the applications and information referred to in the section below. http://tinyurl.com/2gyaol Individual Tattoo License No person shall practice tattooing as a tattooist or as an apprentice, perform body piercing or marking within the City limits without first obtaining an annual valid individual tattooist's or body piercing license. Employment at a valid and currently licensed tattoo establishment is necessary in order to obtain an individual license. A copy of the applicant's driver's license, an original signed valid health certificate (see form below) and a certificate of completion for a Blood Borne Pathogen Course must accompany the application along with the applicable license fee. Refer to the Port Huron Code of Ordinances, Chapter 12, Article XV, Tattoo Establishments for further information, or contact the City Clerk's office at (810) 984-9725.
