No. The Bible is a book worthy of study. It has stood the test of time. God's word is within it and with study we can at least begin to understand God's plan. The Bible possesses definite internal and external textual evidences that point to its own authenticity. The Bible is a reliable historical document. The Book of Mormon is a modern fake/literary hoax written by a social politician not a prophet of God. Joseph Smith first "claimed" that he authored it then later said he translated it. Joseph Smith and his family had been heavily involved in ritual magic, astrology and alchemy. B of M was copied in part from KJV yet B of M was supposedly written 2000 years before KJV existed. Too many inconsistencies. . JS never acknowledged using the KJV of the Bible to "translate B of M.
