What type of clamp can I use when gluing a wooden frame for a mirror with a semi-circular top frame and a rectangular base?

Without seeing it this could be tough. You could try taping some foam rubber or cardboard near the glass and use a good old fashioned C clamp but be careful how tight you turn it. That would be my best guess.
