A psp can play psp games(umds), play movies (mp4 format, or umd videos, play music (mp3, or audio umds) and browse the internet (with firmware 2.x), if you have a lower version firmware (1.5, or u have downgraded), you can use all types of homebrew, like emulators to play nes, snes, gb/c/a, ng, smd, sms, can play ripped (illegal) umd iso's (game images) . they are really useful, and if u have any doubts about gettign one, forget them and go out and buy one.
