Help me Please! My Psp system turns on but it restarts just as it loads and it keeps restarting faster and faster until you can only see the blank screen which will flash with the back light every few seconds and restart,Mypowerlightwillnotshutoff!

If it's rebooting constantly, it sounds like a hardware problem. If it won't switch off from the power switch it sounds like even more of a hardware problem.

It doesn't sound user serviceable to me. Get it to an engineer.
