  • I went to a call once, that had 13 illegal immigrants living in one side of a duplex. The number varies with each jurisdiction. Common sense should tell you that 13 people living under one small roof is dangerous.

  • Our village doesn't have a limit. That would explain why the Chineese restaurant owner has 10 people (maybe cousins at best) in his house and he just bought 6 more lots in the neighborhood for his buddies/investors back in China. Funny, a lot of pregnant women are showing up and then having their babies. American citizenship guarenteed for those little ones. As for our neighborhood, it use to be a high end one.
