Help answer this question below.

Can you think of a simple invention that at first you maybe thought was stupid but now you can't imagine life without? Example: The scroll wheel on the mouse. I thought it was pretty dumb until I really started using it...

    I remember when cellphones first appeared, they were these huge, cumbersome artifacts.
    Some years and many technological improvements later, it's a whole different story.

    The George Foreman Grill. I'd actually been given one as a gift, but had never used it. I'm in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel (read: bare walls and a refrigerator remain). I've converted the guest bathroom into a makeshift kitchen. The only appliances I have to work with are a microwave, a coffee maker, and the aforementioned grill. It's way cool! And it takes a lot less time to heat up than my charcoal grill outside. It cleans really easily, too!
