Personally I just let them grow and cut them down as and when they need it, assuming you have a good diet they will start to grow stronger and stronger with each clipping.
Thats an annoying habit I know. I have noticed with myself. When I stopped my nails at first were always wanting to break and that drove the desire to bit them off. Instead clip them and you will see them get stronger.
Prenatal vitamins. My hairdresser told me to take them to make my hair grow. They also have made my nails grow longer/stronger.
I've heard that getting a lot of calcium in your diet is good for your nails. Milk, cheese, etc.,
could u tell me how you stopped bitting ur nails, i would really appreciate it if u would tell me.
