I'm 15, my boyfriend is 18, and he broke up with me because of my age. He is afraid someone will find out we had sex, but that was over two months ago. Is there any possible way to prove we did have sex?

• Yes I wouldn't do that again until you are of the age of consent.
  
  I don't want to be called weak on statutory rape but when you are talking about an 18 y/o with a 15 y/o I don't see a reason to turn him in. Yeah he shouldn't have done it in the first place but he's 18 not 48 and I just don't see a good reason in having him locked up for 20 to 30 years and branded a sex offender for life for that.
  
  Don't ever do it again but don't turn him in either. He has probably come to realize that if someone finds out his life is OVER. He's in jail til he's 38 and for the rest of his life he's labeled a sex offender which would make it difficult to get a job, an apartment, a loan, just about everything! So he very much has a right to be scared.

• an 18 year old having sex with a 15 year old would not get 20 to 30 years. He would probably get a year and probation.
