I do. Grilled Spam and cheese is pretty good! I never ate it until I was in the Army...it was either Spam or an MRE...I tried the Spam (something new)and it turned out to be okay.

I love it. I grew up poor and Spam was considered high quality food. I just fry it a pan and eat it with hot sauce. I have it about twice a year to remind myself where I came from.

I love Spam and love how they serve it most commonly in Hawaii. A slice of Spam on rice wrapped in seaweed. Mmmmm Mmmm GOOD!

1 can Spam 1/3 c. light brown sugar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. water 1/2 tsp. ground cloves Place Spam in shallow pan. Score top. Clove surface. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over loaf and bake another 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes. Double the amount of sauce ingredients for ham.

I ate spam growing up, heck yeh. Try slicing the spam in a pan put pineapple juice and pineapple from the can, springle a little brown sugar, cover and simmer until juice soaks in meat, uncover, brown pineapple and spam. Eat with hot rice. hmm veryi ono.
