  • Of course there is a God and she can be heard on talkradio KFI-AM 640 from 12:00-3:00pm Mon-Fri.
  • Just being curious about something doesn't make it real. There are plenty of questions on AB about Harry Potter - he isn't real.
  • No, it proves that people are continually trying to understand their universe. One of the elements of the universe is that the majority of people in it believe in a god. Being constantly confronted with that belief, it is only natural to examine it.
  • No. To be quite honest, that sounds like an unfounded, but slightly moving, bit of wishful thinking. Does the fact that many people believe in aliens and the fact that there is a huge debate over the existence of aliens make them real? No. I'm not saying they aren't real, in fact, I believe there are other forms of life in the universe. I am just saying that neither belief nor discussion makes something a reality. I have always like the theory that nothing in the world is definite and nothing can be 100% proven. Everything is just chance.... you cannot say for SURE whether or not something will happen, you can only say what the likelihood of it happening is.
  • 1) No, it just proves that all these people find God interesting as a subject of discussions, even if He does not exist. 2) And I could prove to you that there are some people here misusing questions about God just to make their little work of evangelization: after a time, you understand that they had their own answers to their questions and are not interested at all in your answers. These questions do not bring much, I think.
  • Here's the way I see it. I'd rather believe in Gods promises for me, that some day I will have eternal life with Him ,than not believe in Him and be surprised at the end and spend the rest of eternity burning in Hell for all eternity with satan!! People can be curious all they want God sees the heart of a man. And the way everything is going the world needs Jesus. So pick up a bible all the proof and information is found in it.
  • lol : D No, it doesn't. It proves only that there exists such a concept as 'God', and that some people are interested in asking questions about it. To say that the mere act of asking a question proves the subjects existence is to say that literally EVERYTHING exists, which it patently doesn't. I can ask questions about me standing on the other side of the room to this computer, I may even get a large number of other people joining me in the discussion, but this doesn't mean that I am 'actually' standing on the other side of the room: It proves only that we are capable of conceptualising such a situation, and that a group of us are interested in asking questions about it. I can ask questions about how our Universe is devoid of Godly activity, I may even get a large number of other people joining me in the discussion, but this again proves nothing other than the facts that A) We can conceptualise such a situation, and B) We are interested in asking questions about it. What you did is called a 'non sequitur', or something that 'doesn't follow'. Questions =/= Existence, Questions = Questions.
  • No, it does indicate that mankind is interested in the notion however.
