With how things are I see that we are going to be the cause of our own destruction. Tis true sadness. when we have kids Our children wont have the fortune to live in such a wonderful world the way things are going....

Our children and their children will be born into a world created by us, filled with pollution causing global warming,wars created unjustly, brought on by leaders that should not be in power.Since we are so lethargic listening to the media,sitting and doing nothing the future does not look good.

i predict the world will start to improve after january 2009.

it will be hot, hotter, hottest its ever been so hot we wont survive and eventually the earth will be a big flaming rock!!!

my parents generation will have a working retirement. my generation will have no retirement because executive parasites who own the republican/democratic party are stripmining the economy. if we haven't banned those parties from our government by the time my sins generation needs to retire there will be a revolution bloodier than when france and imperial russia overthrew their aristocracies. it may occur within 20 years. when global warming is proven to be a vast benefit to over 95% of life on earth. the greens will change their tune to say that man had nothing to do with it because nothing that man does could ever be a good thing. in reality man has very little to do with climate change. be glad the greens predecessors were wrong in the 70s about global cooling. look at biodiversity on earth today... where is life the dencest and most diverse? the WARMER climates. how many species inhabit the tundra?

An old article I read.. A group of random people were put under hypnose, and then they were told to predict the future. They all sayd that, in year 2300, the world population has decrased 200x, and we will be living under glass domes... I wondered myself why would people Now like to live under glass domes, like who doesn't want to feel the wind, hear the birds singing, etc, but people who first got the idea, knew that they are usefull for... ...protecting ourself from the pollution. One told that he saw a vision thru one man of the future eyes - a sad man looked out to the world and saw that pollution, garbage everywhere and asked himself: "What has our world become, what have We done!" In year 2500 people will start living under the water and live on other planets. Those were the main things, that they predicted, I don't know details.. So conclusion: only in year 2500 will be the life, that everybody was dreaming of, not sooner. ... There was one prophet, who predicted, that I and my country will get wiped off this earth by a nuclear war, that will happen in 2010. I even saw in my dreams how a nuclear blast wave will kill me, that was before I heard about the prophet. Atleast I know it will be quick and painless goodbye for me...

It's going to be Heaven on Earth for a select few, and an absolute miserable Hell for everyone else! They are going to start treating people as if they are nothing more than furnishings, because they no longer value Human life any longer! You will be considered the same as just another expendable bullet to be used and disposed of at will! Expect severe shortages of all essentials such as food, fuel, medicine, and water! Your security will be your own responsibility,because to expect any civil response from the authorities would be inviting more trouble than it's worth! Add to this the complete collapse of the world economy, massive coastal flooding due to global warming,and a Great War that will encompass all first world nations driving them to the very brink of loss of civilization!

Better. There will always be entertainment, wars, it will be slightly hotter in the future cuz of this global warming thing but it won't be that bad, not in our lifetimes at least. But overall I think everyone can agree that they'd rather live in 1930 rather than 1830 so my guess is 2030 is a good to go year as well.

global warming was bond to happen one way an other, people don't always care about there Environment until it is in danger, as for war, its happen though out history, not just now, there we’ll never be peace with everyone, you can’t make everyone happy. I think the world will just be the same with more advance technology. That’s how things have been for years.

Well take a look at the world now! can it get any worse? it's in a total mess now it needs to be sorted straight away because the mess it's in it's giong to take sometime and hard work to mend.However i believe this could be done.

I think it will get worse before it gets better. I think a good start will be the end of Dub-yuh's reign.

I don't believe in global warming, at least not in the sense that it is caused by man, we are actually in a slow cool down cycle with the hottest temps of the last couple century's being in the 1930's and early 40's during the dust bowl days and the depression. but the threat of a third world war is very real if not inevitable. I don't see a very bright future. Our next world war will make the last two world wars look like schoolyard fights.
