Grapes of Wrath - though not the feelgood novel of all time.

OF mice and men is so emotional. I don't cry when reading books or with movies but it wouldn't have been hard for me to shed a tear. That book left me breathless at the end. Hope I don't spoil anything....

I never could pick a favorite. I loved most of his work so much. If I had to reccomend one I'd say Grapes of Wrath, but then I'd have to follow with all of the others!.
