  • I would be glad probably. He is attempting to save my child's life.
  • I'd be grateful that he did something to protect the family.
  • I would be estatic. Elated. Grateful. Forever in debt...because if the situation escalated to the point where weapons had to be drawn, it's pretty safe to bet that my child WAS in danger but was saved by my family member's heoric actions.
  • Happy as heck nothing happened to my child. Then I would have to re-examine my feelings about having a gun in the house!
  • Who pulled the gun? Well, regardless, I'd be glad that everyone is ok. But knowing myself, I'd probably be mad at myself for not being there (as if I could protect my (BIGGER than me) son!). Gee, now I'm gonna be afraid to send my children to relatives' homes!?!
  • I would be glad beyond words. What some people don't understand is that when someone breaks into a home, they usually aren't there to play checkers. They are there to take what you have, and in some cases, that includes your life and the lives of your loved ones. Say what you will, but when it comes right down to it, the only defense against someone with a gun is a gun.
  • That would be great. Guns exist for a reason. I am a gun fanatic and if any one broke into my house with guns putting my fam in danger I would put bullets in their heads to the best of my ability. Your question is worded weirdly though, I can't tell if you mean the child pulls out a gun, or an adult does. An adult should be the one pulling out guns, if a child does it it the burglars are likely to think it is an airsoft gun with the orange removed. So yeah, I would be GLAD if no harm came to the children. If the child is the one pulling out guns on the robbers I wouldn't be able to help but be proud! An AR-15 would do the best job. It looks like an M16 so It'd be VERY intimidating to the robbers. They'de probably wet their pants lol.
