  • Assuming this is a recent death,you don't dissolve a testamentary trust. This type of trust is created after death. You can however contest the Will prior to the trust being established. Are you the benificary of the will or the trust? It's likely that if you are the sole trust benificiary, that the person who named you placed restrictions fo a reason. Check the wording for how/when you can get what was devised. Generally, there are certain written circumstances that dictate when you can receive distributions.
