Yeah! Your eyelids would be see-through too, I imagine. I think you can maybe control the x-ray vision though...so if you don't want to see, you don't. I would hope so anyway. There are a lot of people in this world I would have NO interest in seeing naked.

Technically, but if you had X-ray vision you would see through everything anyway, thus seeing nothing.

Of course, Did you ever see the old B&W movie "The man with X-Ray Eyes" It showed that he couldn’t sleep and he could see through his eyelids and the light sensitivity became unbearable hence why he went insane. There now you don’t have to watch it. :)
