vinculum is the right answer.....
Although SOLIDUS is an acceptable word for the line. It refers more to the diagonal line (which could also be called the diagonal or virgule, by the way).
When representing a fraction, we usually write it as a horizontal line. This horizontal bar separating the numerator and the denominator would be called VINCULUM.
Either Solidus or Vinculum should be fine.
