  • Google is your friend: http://www.exfamily.org/index.htm All you have to do is put any of those terms into Google, and you can find out all about them. From my brief glimpse, they are a cult.
    • Thinker
No, not a cult but an open lifestyle understanding the Word of the Lord God.
  • I have known of and have read most of their information. Most all of it can be seen and read at inkaboutit4u should you be interested. Most of the information is very good.
  • Was very big in the 70s. We used to meet up with them a lot around the university and on street corners. They are a cult, because they were based on the teachings of one man, David 'Moses' Berg, who claimed to be Jesus incarnate. As such, he gathered a group of people around him and, as was the case in the 70s, formed a commune. It started of all right, pretty mainline Jesus people type of Christianity, but soon deteriorated into a focus on Berg himself. He became more autocratic and dangerous, as he wandered away from Biblical teachings and into his own. I remember that the girls used to be sent out to seduce males to bring them into the cult. It was called "flirty fishing". There were other cultish practices too. Since Berg has died, the movement has moved back towards being more Bible centred, but I would still avoid it.
