I hope that with this u could sleep. If u couldnt sleep with any of these u must go urgently to a doctor.

Since I have a different answeer for this one, I dont think the other was a duplicate at all and wish people would be more careful when marking duplicates, since AB dosent seem to be. I Have a different answer to this one. Since what I do to help myself fall asleep at night is different than what I do on thoes nights I am having a hard time with falling asleep. (New Answer)... I take a hot shower and have a small cup of warm milk with honey.
  • Take a warm shower, or throw in the towel and stay up all night; guaranteed to be tired the next night. :)
  • I had trouble sleeping. Now I take Advil PM, Tylenol PM, generic pm whatever you prefer. I take one at bedtime and sleep the night through.
  • i try to listening to ambient music [ waterfalls, waves , rain or instrumental music] then i fall asleep good luck
