Siunds delicious... I would like all of the aboove plus maybe some BBQ chicken a long with the ribs. This food sound like cook out not picnic food. When I think of picnic i think of sandwiches.

Probaby pick up a good bucket of fried chicken, with some potato salad, or chips, and maybe some fresh fruit, like watermelon, or grapes. Sandwhiches are always good on a picnic, if they arent made with mayo.
