what kind of Judo throw? All of Judo's moves revolve around Physics and Anatomy. In Judo your entire body becomes a lever and you use this knowledge to throw your opponent. One of the most basic Judo throws is done by grabbing the opponent's wrist and taking it over you shoulder so that you back is against his/ her chest. Then you place your hips slightly below their waist and bend your knees. When the opponent is hunched over you and off balance, pop up and pull forward, this momentum will flip them over you and onto the ground. Like Takei-Shihan said, you need to feel it. Without careful observation and practice you can seriously injure yourself or your sparring partner.
