Help answer this question below.
First call the ski area where you plan on taking your child(ren). Ask for the ski school. Ski school personnel will inform you of what programs are available and appropriate for your child(ren) based on their age and level of athleticism. Additionally they should tell you how long the program lasts, what it costs, and what is included in the cost (rental equipment, lift ticket, snacks, etc). Finally the ski school should provide guidance regarding appropriate clothing, changes of clothing, or other items you may need to provide. A second source of information would be your local ski shop. Go in and talk to one of the sales people. Most ski shops have good relationships with local areas. Shops may even have brochures with phone, e-mail, and website contact information.
Is skiing on manufactured snow as pleasurable as skiing on the real deal? Any difference in feel or is the experience the same?
