How Many quarts of oil does the 2002 kia rio use ans where is the oil filter located?

    the oil filter is located on the engine block.as for the capacity . roughly pour in three quarters and check the level on the dipstick.and top up to the mark .ps never go past the mark as thjs can damage your motor.always check your oil level on level ground.
