I am sitting here with a house full of very odd antiques. For example, I have a box of authentic Young's Rectal Dialators from between 1900 and 1940. These are medicinal butt plugs. I find this hilarious. I also have a formaldehyde burner (late 1800's), used to cure everything. My bottle of medicinal strychnine (about 2/3 full and late 1800's) is also humorous. I call it my "how the H*ll did mankind make it to the 21st century" collection. I think the fact that I collect things known to be lethal or just downright stupid today and will laugh myself senseless over them is a bit unusual. People look at my collection and either shudder, look at me like I am insane, or laugh with me. Other than that, I am a pretty normal fellow. Well, other than the third arm growing from between my shoulderblades and my frequent claims to be a tree dwelling marsupial. Ok, there are many other strange things about me but I cannot write them. :)

Not much. I'm a computer programmer, but not sharp enough to have written any books or led any seminars on the topic. I play basketball, but not well enough to have made the team in high school. I play piano, but not well enough to have made a solid living at it -- although I *almost* survived as a pro musician. I can sort of write, but not well enough to write any books. I'm a Zen student, but not experienced enough or wise enough to be a teacher. I'm a husband, but I could have been a much better one. Likewise with being a stepfather. So really, nothing special or very interesting about me. And yet, I have no sense of missing out. I love being alive, I appreciate other people, each day starts brand new and offers the opportunity to accomplish something worthwhile while being satisfied and whole, experiencing the richness of ordinary life, just as it is. So I don't see how I can ask for more from life.

I am a left of centre individual. I sing, I have the gift of the gab, an over the top sense of humour. I write (music, plays, books, articles). I am a trained clown. I am widely read and well educated. Can speak on most subjects (except physics, chemistry and maths, although I'll have a go to keep the conversation going). I stand for the oppressed and for the underprivileged.

I am a great Basketball player and i can play drums, bass guitar, and electric and make one song out of it

I'm the only guy I know of who dropped out of high school, then with corrispondence courses, earned 5 university science degrees, including a Ph.D. in math.

Within 15 minutes I can get most anyone to tell me their life story.....I love peoples stories so once they know they have my undivided attention it's easy for them to feel comfortable talking. It' just a matter of showing them you really are interested.
