  • If you have been religious about taking the pill, and have only missed a few, you should be fine when starting this new pack. The only time you're really at risk is when you miss a pill, or you are just starting the pill for the first time. Otherwise your body has pretty much aplied those hormones in the ways necessary. Also as long as you are continuing to use your pills correctly, you should not release an egg. Good luck, and if you're really nervous about it, you might want to consider goingto a pharmacy and asking for Plan B. It's a 'morning after pill'. It can be used effectively up to 72 hours after the unprotected sex. It does NOT kill any fetuses that may be growing, instead it only prevents your eggs from releasing, thus preventing any possible pregnancies. Good luck!
  • Just the act of having unprotected sex at any time could mean you are pregnant. The pill is not 100% to stop pregnancy. However, if you did not miss a pill then it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant, but not impossible.
  • of course there is a chance. however, you're on the pill and take it regularly. this is about 96% effective. also, being that it was on the fourth day of your cycle, if the pills were not working well for whatever reason, you probably wouldn't be ovulating so soon anyway. and, in many circumstances, being on the pill when a sperm and ova meet creates a hormonal environment that is not appropriate for the pregnancy to develop and it will probably stop before it even really started. you are probably fine :)
  • dnt worry bout a thing!!ur not pregnant!i did dat this month i missed a pill in d first week nd had unprotected sex.i really belived i was pregnant but i got my period and everything was fine. so dnt panic if u only missed 1 ur fine :)
  • As the other answers indicate, the liklihood you might be pregnant is very low. However, here's something you might want to consider: The pill does absolutely nothing to prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Pregnancy or disease...both can change your life forever.
  • When you're on the pill, you are having PROTECTED sex. The pill protects against pregnancy. A condom is not needed to make the pill effective, but is recommended to protect against STDs (which the pill DOESN'T do). Your chances of becoming pregnant while on the pill are less than 1 in 100.
