Ok so i've always kept a journal, but i wanted to know what sort of exercises or things people like to write in their journals or get creativity flowing? or where can i find creative journaling exercises on the web?

You should really do this thing.... Hound it very interesting.

first, mediate or relax for about 10 minutes then write w/o stopping for 10 minutes even if you can't think of some thing to write, just write anything. You'll be surprise to see what comes out. :) hope that's something for you to try.
