You should really do this thing.... Hound it very interesting.

first, mediate or relax for about 10 minutes then write w/o stopping for 10 minutes even if you can't think of some thing to write, just write anything. You'll be surprise to see what comes out. :) hope that's something for you to try.

There are some really cool journal-like sites on the internet. One is called Facebook, but not many people use that.

My journals are mostly about daily activities and conversations, which I tend to forget, but I also include dreams, people I saw during the day, or ideas that strike my fancy. There's a good library book called "What If?" that gives you a lot of good ideas to get your creative juices going. Another book I liked is called "The Book of Me," which asks a question on each page about your life. I recommend both. And keep writing! Eventually you will work out your own style, and years later, you'll be glad to have those journals.

I teach journaling in prisons and in a senior citizens program at local university. If you are able, send me an email address in a message and I will return attach my curriculum, bibliography, and class notes. (I'm revising them as we speak, in preparation for the spring semester next week.) Love to send them to you.
