I sincerely doubt that you are pregnant. What is not often mentioned by your doctor when you get your birth control pill prescription is that you have to take it at the same time every day. I have a friend who got pregnant after only being 4 hours late taking he pill. Your pains could be from nerves, or maybe you are just ill. Even if you were late with your pill, I think the chances of you conceiving under those circumstances are VERY minimal.

well think about the possibility of an ovarian cyst.my friend just found out she had one and was on bc. and hasnt had any(the shot) for awhile like months and found a cyst because of pain, if you're that worried(which im not trying to worry you) then go to your dr

as long as the birth control was taken or used correctly then the chances of being pregnant are low abdominal pain is a side effect of some birth control but could as already mentioned could be a cyst so get it checked out

There is always a chance of becoming pregnant. Even while taking the pill. Nothing is 100% proof except obstaining from having intercourse all together. Your problem could be a cyst...or it could just be nerves from worrying about being pregnant. Hope you start feeling better soon.
