What does it mean when it takes 2 to 3 rounds to completly or mostly dry a load of laundry. Our dryer can have the smallest load imaginable but takes forever to dry them.

Is it heating up?? Is it getting hot enough?? Is it getting air? If the heating element is out, the clothes will take several cycles to dry b/c they are just being air dried. If the air hose it blocked it isn't getting enough air.

Check to make sure that the vent and tubing aren't clogged with lint and dust. If the air can't flow through it won't dry as efficiently (and it's a possible fire hazard).
