No difference. AB UK is simply a domain name that Answerbag have owned for a while but haven't used from what I can gather. .co.uk sites rank higher up on Google UK searches apparently, so the AB guys decided to use answerbag.co.uk , the theory being that more English people should stumble across the site and join up.

When I do a search for something through Google, much of the time, I find it on ABUK, rather than the main site. It also doesn't appear that I am logged into ABUK when I AM on the main site. All I have to do is change the .co.uk to .com, and I have the main site version of the question. Could it be possible it's a search engine optimization ploy, with them moving things back and forth, therefore pages changing all the time, or is it simply an alias? I don't know for sure.

I think yes, i date a man from England and because of him constantly using their terminology here. A lot of Americans ask me to clarify what it is. For example, recently i had 'snog' in the question and someone said the dont know if they ever have done that XD
