Java Dulihan is the NPC that will give you Black Dyestuff... As well as other Dyestuffs Java is located at the Inn in Morroc (PvP room). Easiest way to find the Inn is to just ask the guide in Morroc (Hes right next the the Kafra). Java will make a Black Dyestuff with the folloring ingedients. 5 Blue Herb 30 Green Herb 30 Red Herb 30 Yellow Herb 1 Mixture 1 Counteragent 1 Empty Bottle 7000 Zeny Herbs are best to find thgough their coresponding plants.
