Because in the bunny world, ur bunny either thinks, or is preparing to be expecting babies and is making a home. It is in a rabbits nature to next.My bunny used to do it all the time. If ur bunny has had interaction with other bunnies that are not spayed or neutered then she may having a false pregnancy or it just preparing. Its pretty normal, u may even see "it" pulling out its fur and carrying it around in its mouth. Dont be alarmed, they are just trying to make a nest. Hope this helps!
