I'm currently on a turkey sausage kick. I seem to eat them about 2-3 times a week.

Not really "addicted", but I have to say they're some of my favorites (in no particular order): 1] a GREAT piece of grilled scrapple! 2) The wonderful texture of S.O.S. with well done home fries and ketchup - ALL mixed together woth PLENTY of fresh-ground black peopper. "Logs": Have you ever had them? If you haven't, they're DELICIOUS! Slices of Jewish challah, "schmeared" with softened butter on one side, Sprinkled with some cinnamon sugar, dashed with a few raisins, Rolled like a jelly roll Secure with toothpicks Dipped in freshly beaten eggs and deep fried until golden brown OR put on a greased pan, baked in a pre-heated 350-degree oven about 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs "set" or have a golden brown color.
