I do not know of any that have court orders against homosexuality.

None that I know of- and that includes Christianity. Some people believe it's there, but if you actually read the Bible, there are no condemnations of consenting adult homosexuals. Rape, yes. Child molestation, yes. Temple prostitution, yes. Idol worship, yes. But not consenting adult same sex relationships beyond the same prohibitions against fornication that apply to straight couples. http://www.wouldjesusdiscriminate.com/

Thinker There are several books available written by reliable authors that express, from Biblical knowledge, there is nothing wrong with adult consensual homosexuality. I am not homosexual but because of the church's stand against it I have studied and researched it. One of the better books is one by Darwin Chandler entitled " God Is Not A Homophobe" Chandler has been a minister for over 36 years. He has written a trio of books that are the best I have ever read for Biblical teaching. His books are available on Amazon Books. All three are well worth the read.
