I have never seen or heard of it. Sounds almost impossible. So yes, it has to be a deformity. As for the effect on sex: if it's working and stimulated in a normal way there shouldn't be a problem.
-
It does affect sex technically. The woman, most likely is unable to get anorgasm.

Beleive it or not, I HAVE heard of this occuring. It is extremely rare. I beleive there was a semi-popular b-list 70's pornstar who had this 'deformity' as it has been called on this site. Very, very few women have actually acknowledged that they have this phenomenon. Those same women reported that their sexual pleasure was probably no different than any other woman...stimulation of the clitoris was pleasurable and exciting, and sex felt wonderful. Situations like this have been reported as a minor form of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. It is also beleived that this is a minor hermaphrodite development that never fully took. I remember about 6 years back in High School, we learned that the clitoris is located at the top, and in rare cases located at the bottom of the vagina. Apparently it is not necessarily a deformity, though alcohol or substance abuse may increase chances of a girl being born with this.

In the book Holistic Midwifery, Volume One, author Anne Frye supports the belief that the clitoris is not just the bulb at the top of the vulva, but that clitoral tissue extends down in bands to the perineum. I experience orgasm from stimulation throughout the vulva, so I think her theory holds water.

ok since poeple with no sense of humor or smartness thought my answer to this question was mean i dont care what you think take it up with the freeom of speech ok and an educated answer is the clit is located only near the pelvis above the vagina and comes in different sizes and shapes being located at the bottom is only a myth now if it ever does happen common sense should inform you that it is a deformity and as for pleasure if it does not hurt the person they should still be able to reach climax if you want to learn more here is a website http://www.the-clitoris.com/

No, the clitoris isn't at the bottom. The rest of the woman is just upside down.
