No. Sharks are very stupid, to the point of almost being mindless. All they know how to do is swim, eat, and reproduce.

Though comprehensive intelligence tests have yet to be conducted in mass on sharks, they're harldy considered to be stupid animals. Though driven mostly by instinct, there's no indication that sharks are any more or less intelligent than other species of animal.

Sharks are intelligent animals. Maybe not an intelligence like we see in humans, elephants, primates, whales and dolphins but a different intelligence. Think about it...whales and dolphins are popular. Sharks are not. So, therefore, it is easier to think sharks are 'dumb' because they are a very feared species.
