I sold my car to a person who was making late payments so I repossessed it. How do I report it to the credit agencies?

    Most credit reporting agencies require you to be a member in order to report and get reports, and there is a nice hefty fee for this service. However, you could simply email or paper mail the facts to banks, credit unions, car dealerships and anyone else that you think ought to know...you may wish to do this anonymously, to avoid a defamation lawsuit.
