Only if you are Goldilocks.
I have to constantly play with my thermostat.
A degree up or down, or the fan in the on position or auto. A little tinkering here & there is necessary for me to feel comfortable.
I was just wondering if other people set a temperature, and then never bother changing it. For me, it's more of a daily process. Otherwise, I have difficultly sleeping & staying calm.
I am going to think about this from the standpoint of my bedroom. I live in a small garage that has been turned into a nice bedroom. It barely has insulation and I am forever turning the air conditioning on off on off on off because in 5 minutes it gets too cold then 5 minutes later it gets too hot. Drives me crazy.
Maybe it's the body temperature that we are facing this. Can you turn up the AC? lol
