Absolutely. There are many in the scriptures who are not Mormon and who will undoubtedly go to heaven. Jesus, Paul, Moses, Noah, Adam, Abraham, etc.

Earlier I said: "As most people understand the concept of heaven any good person can and will go to heaven. After dieing the spirit goes either to spirit paradise or spirit prison, based on their works in this life... but that is not the final judgement. At the end of the world all the spirits will be reunited with their bodies and assigned to one of three degrees of glory. The Telestial (glory of the stars) The Terrestial (glory of the moon) or The Celestial (glory of the sun) all depending on their works. The Celestial glory is further divided into three levels to reach the highest level yes you must be a member of the Mormon church and married to your eternal companion. Both of which can be taken care of after death." After a complaint regarding lack of refrences I will provide some: "Differing kingdoms in heaven. At the final judgment, each person will be assigned to an eternal dwelling place in a specific kingdom of glory, except those who are sons of Perdition. Jesus said, In my Father’s house are many mansions, John 14: 2 (Ether 12: 32). There is one glory of the sun, and another of the moon, and another of the stars, 1 Cor. 15: 40-41. Paul was caught up to the third heaven, 2 Cor. 12: 2. There is a place of no glory and everlasting punishment, D&C 76: 30-38, 43-45. There are three degrees of glory, D&C 76: 50-113; 88: 20-32."(http://scriptures.lds.org/gsd/dgrsfglr) "11 Now, concerning the state of the soul between death and the resurrection—Behold, it has been made known unto me by an angel, that the spirits of all men, as soon as they are departed from this mortal body, yea, the spirits of all men, whether they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life. 12 And then shall it come to pass, that the spirits of those who are righteous are received into a state of happiness, which is called paradise, a state of rest, a state of peace, where they shall rest from all their troubles and from all care, and sorrow. 13 And then shall it come to pass, that the aspirits of the wicked, yea, who are evil—for behold, they have no part nor portion of the Spirit of the Lord; for behold, they chose evil works rather than good; therefore the spirit of the devil did enter into them, and take possession of their house—and these shall be cast out into outer darkness; there shall be weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth, and this because of their own iniquity, being led captive by the will of the devil. 14 Now this is the state of the souls of the wicked, yea, in darkness, and a state of awful, fearful looking for the fiery indignation of the wrath of God upon them; thus they remain in this state, as well as the righteous in paradise, until the time of their resurrection. 15 Now, there are some that have understood that this state of happiness and this state of misery of the soul, before the resurrection, was a first resurrection. Yea, I admit it may be termed a resurrection, the raising of the spirit or the soul and their consignation to happiness or misery, according to the words which have been spoken. 16 And behold, again it hath been spoken, that there is a first resurrection, a resurrection of all those who have been, or who are, or who shall be, down to the resurrection of Christ from the dead. 17 Now, we do not suppose that this first resurrection, which is spoken of in this manner, can be the resurrection of the souls and their consignation to happiness or misery. Ye cannot suppose that this is what it meaneth. 18 Behold, I say unto you, Nay; but it meaneth the reuniting of the soul with the body, of those from the days of Adam down to the resurrection of Christ."Alma 40:11-18 "The opportunity for those who have died without receiving the saving ordinances of the gospel to have these ordinances performed for them in temples by worthy living members of the Church. The dead are taught the gospel in the spirit world and may accept the ordinances performed for them in mortality. Faithful members of the Church research and prepare family histories to determine the names and birth dates of ancestors so that the saving ordinances may be performed for them. Say to the prisoners, Go forth, Isa. 49: 9 (Isa. 24: 22; 1 Ne. 21: 9). Proclaim liberty to the captives, Isa. 61: 1 (Luke 4: 18). He shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, Mal. 4: 5-6 (3 Ne. 25: 5-6; D&C 110: 13-16). The dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, John 5: 25. Why are they then baptized for the dead? 1 Cor. 15: 29. Christ preached unto the spirits in prison, 1 Pet. 3: 18-20. For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, 1 Pet. 4: 6. The Son visited the spirits in prison, D&C 76: 73. Then cometh the redemption of those who have received their part in that prison, D&C 88: 99. A baptismal font is not upon the earth that my Saints may be baptized for those who are dead, D&C 124: 29. All those who have died who would have accepted the gospel will be heirs to the celestial kingdom, D&C 137: 7-10. The Son of God appeared declaring liberty to the captives who had been faithful, D&C 138: 18. As many of the spirits as were in prison came forth, Moses 7: 57." (http://scriptures.lds.org/gss/slvtnfrt) "1 IN the celestial glory there are three heavens or degrees; 2 And in order to obtain the highest, a man must enter into this order of the priesthood [meaning the new and everlasting covenant of marriage]; 3 And if he does not, he cannot obtain it. 4 He may enter into the other, but that is the end of his kingdom; he cannot have an increase." Doctrine and Covenants 131:1-4 I hope that is sufficiant referance for you.

I've always heard that they believe in different levels of heaven...so in the Mormon system a good Mormon goes to heaven #1, while less good Mormons and other non-followers go to heaven #2. A good Mormon would be one who tithes, went on a mission, got married in the temple, wears the undergarments, and does other good things...etc. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It is my belief and that of countless others that only through Jesus can you go to heaven through accepting him as your savior and believing he died for you sins many religions believe this so therefore non mormons can go to heaven
-
Degrees of Heaven Please doesn't God say all are created equal? then why would heaven be discriminatory and put people in different degrees yes there are rewards but God does not seek to show superiority of others over others which is often what causes so much strife here on earth

In Mormonism, no man may go to paradise unless he is met with the hand of Joeseph Smith. In Mormonism, no woman may go to paradise unless her vail is lifted by a man she has been sealed to on earth. So, the answer is no.

It all depends. Mormonism teaches there are three degrees of glory plus Outer Darkness. Everyone except the Sons of Perdition inherit one of the degrees of heaven. .. Mormons believe that those who have achieved the age of accountability must be baptized by one in authority in order to enter the Celestial Kingdom (the highest heaven). LdS today teach they are the only ones with the proper Priesthood authority on earth today. That means that the Patriarchs and Prophets of the Old Testament (and those that followed them) and the Saints of the Apostolic Age will be in the Celestial Kingdom. Proxy baptism also counts, if the deceased accepts it.

The LDS people always defend the actons of their church,no sense arguing with them.

My guess? = Not a chance! ;-)

They always have an answer.

Since Mormons don't believe in hell... The answer is YES. They believe that Jesus (not the one from the bible, but the one from Palmyra NY.) died so all can go the Heaven. They believe there are three Heavens. The lowest one is for those who did not accept Mormonism. This is why they have proxy baptisms for the dead. The closest thing they have to hell is those who are the so called "The Sons of Perdition".
